  1. Good luck and stick around - by the way, although (most of us!) have every respect for Martin and the MSE boards, for claiming charges back this is the one place you need to be, honestly. You will get all the right help and advice here.
  2. Just file the claim - mine never showed us as delivered with the RM website and I got a response (eventually!!).
  3. Has the Stay Removal letter not been doing any good, Gary?
  4. That is a bloody long stay, I think. 6 weeks? This is getting ridiculous especially as the courts know Lloyds will pay out in the end anyway and it is just dragging the process along.
  5. 1) It is 28 days from the date it was deemed served. 2) Intend to defend in full is completely normal. 3) Next you will get a copy of their defence and an Allocation Questionnaire to complete and return to the court. 4) The dates should not hinder your claim, they will not pay them so your settlement figure will be less than your claim figure. I imagine that this will be mentioned in the defence.
  6. It does seem very random how Lloyds work - last week there were loads of payouts at, or around, AQ stage but yet some people are having to wait until court date time again like they used to. You can't keep track at the moment. Keep us updated
  7. 14 days after the 26th. Nothing will change on MCOL until they acknowledge the claim, which then gives them an additional 14 days. This makes a total of 28 days from the date it was deemed served.
  8. Send the LBA after the 14 days are up, like you said you would.
  9. So it has gone from not even an acknowledgement to to AQ being sent? Lloyds are nuts!!
  10. You won't be able to do it until tomorrow anyway.
  11. You can download it here: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/681-4-particulars-claim-n1.html I personally did the MCOL as I found it easier, but sent a list of charges to them and to SCM with my claim number, so they couldn't do the 'too vague' argument.
  12. We are all on the same day it seems, all due acknowledgments by the 28th Mine has been acknowledged but no defence.
  13. Just a bump to see how you are getting on, Bev
  14. Just seen this - Charbydis I have no money in my paypal account at the moment, but if you want to PM me your address I will gladly send you a cheque. Debbie x
  15. Sorry, we posted at the same time it seems It was in response to your previous question about re-writing to Lloyds.
  16. Won't make a blind bit of difference to be honest though - they won't pay the rest without a court claim.
  17. You will get an AQ from the court to complete - all perfectly normal and typical of Lloyds.
  18. I wouldn't prepare the court bundle yet - that is a bit down the line and might not even be needed as many Lloyds cases are now being settled at AQ stage. To fill the court claim in, look here: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/681-4-particulars-claim-n1.html
  19. OMG this is shocking and disgusting. Have you called SC&M about it?
  20. Yes, subtract it from your claim total and go ahead and issue Moneyclaim. The way I did it was to deduct £750 of the most recent charges on the spreadsheet and then put a note on the bottom explaining this. Also send copy of spreadsheet to the court (if you are doing MCOL) and SC&M.
  21. That is disgraceful - can't believe Halifax haven't paid up yet either. (We have bought a new TV and sofa as well!!)
  22. Very happy for you - I know of a few others that has happened to as well so you are not alone. Enjoy it
  23. Did you ever get the payment into your account? Mine still not been acknowledged......
