    Too Late??

I would just start again as this will have a different total because of the daily interest. Hope that helps
  2. I think Lloyds are now realising the sheer amount of people claiming back these charges is not diminishing. Recently payment appears to be being made on or around the AQ stage which is great for those of us just issuing our claims but a bummer for those who are already past that stage. Forgot to add my congratulations
  3. Do you use internet banking as you can get your statements from July 2002 (I think it is July) on screen?
  4. You will get the court fee back, yes. Unfortunately you will have to claim again for the additional ones. If it is under £750 they theoretically should just pay out at LBA stage
  5. I faxed them the other night on the number which was on the top of the first letter...will dig it out if you want it?
  6. Wait til the 14 days you allowed them are up and then send the second letter, the LBA. It is a bog standard letter, by the way.
  7. I'm giving this a bump as there was an article in the Daily Express this morning with quotes from Martin Lewis telling everyone to hurry as time is running out for claiming.
  8. Got confirmattion (sent Recorded Delivery) but faxed them earlier this evening anyway. Like you have done, will be a PITA to file and then have to amend amounts if they part pay.
  9. Going to do it on the 20th which is pay day. Had a really expensive month this month will 4 major birthdays and also my husband works away a lot....when he does this he has to pay and then claim back the expenses. He is going out to Singapore at the weekend and it usually costs about £300ish in expenses for the week (plus the hotel!) so we are holding off until payday just to be sure we have enough money to last us!
  10. Hope it goes in soon and you enjoy spending it
  11. Well at least you got £750 back - we must have done something really bad as we have heard nothing!! Has it gone into your account yet?
  12. Is the claim number on that letter the same one as your case? I am guessing - and it is only a guess - that it is your application for costs that has been struck out. Someone else has had theirs struck out as well.
  13. Here is what you need http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/33060-basic-court-bundle.html
  14. See the links by GuidoT above - they are what you need.
  15. They don't seem to have responded to any LBA's sent from about the 3rd Feb onwards for some reason.
  16. At last - the last time I used phonebank the guy managed to transfer some money from my account to someone elses account when I only wanted to do a bill payment. It took me ages to get it back.
  17. I've never had a reply to my LBA, posted 1st Feb .... and no money either, so definitely not in every case unfortunately!
  18. It depends if you think the interest is worth the cost of £35 to amend the claim? If you haven't included it on the claim form, Lloyds are not likely to pay it.
  19. Part payment and carry on http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/25716-rejecting-offers.html
