  1. Ell-enn I'm getting there slowly - though it's like a doll's house to me & the ceilings are so low i can paint them without standing at the top of a ladder using a pole extension..... I'm slowly removing the 50 shades of pooh the house was painted, my youngest's room was adult pooh colour, the living room baby pooh colour the landing a dark choc (why why WHY such dark colours with low ceilings?) my kitchen is now vanilla with the following on one wall "dance like no ones watching, wear flip flops & pretend it's summer, wake-up & be magnificent etc etc" which was needed as i'm trying to inject some character into it!? I do mostly stay positive, I'm still not able to blame anyone but myself so I do kinda beat myself up now & then & go on a little guilt trip, but I've started teaching again so term time is nuts (imagine me in charge of our nations teenagers!? what is the world coming to?) Good to 'see' you, I owe you so much dear lady & have learned so much from you, I hope you & yours are well? xx
  2. Ello pot I'm kettle I HEAR you & your sooooo not alone with how you feel, or how you've dealt with things..... My story is very much the same meat different gravy (tho admittedly your spiral is a bit bigger & bit bumpier than mine) We finally got evicted 18th June 2013 after a yucky chain of events & I've ONLY just managed to face admitting it on here partly because the I feel I've let the shining star of the North down (aka Ell-enn) who was truly amazing so many times & is secretly my hero *but shhhh don't tell her she doesn't really do 'mush'* over a year later i STILL feel like i need to go 'home' & like u i'm obvs grateful to be rehoused as a family & I often tell myself to get a grip it's only bricks & mortar (so why doesn't it feel like it?) like u i spent sooo much time & energy shielding everyone around me, taking their emotions on my shoulders worrying about them etc etc that i kinda forgot about me....... this post is NOT to make u feel worse BTW it's more to let u know there are other women out there (i'm guessing!?) like you & me & though your story is truly awful I was almost pleased to see it (i hope that doesn't sound too twisted & doesn't read wrong?) In my darkest moments (when i feel alone tho i'm surrounded by people) I try to remember that happiness is a decision we make each morning & NOT a state of mind, that noetic physics has PROVEN that PMA (positive mental attitude) does have a mass therefore it really does make a difference & if they don't work i smile sweetly fart a silent but deadly & leave the room...... hey nothing will ever make me COMPLETELY grow-up WE CAN'T have rainbows without a little rain, so around the corner sometime soon there's a big arsed one for each of us cos lots of rain = extra big rainbows there's so much more i could say in this reply but I hope in some way it helped?? & i hope that other people in similar situations who feel blue read it & pass by to say yeah me too xx ps i haven't been to the docs either but i find exercise really does help (something to do with eddy-the-dolphin) I LOVE to dance so that's my de-stresser start doing a little exercise daily & u will start to feel differently (i think!?)
  3. Hi all She asked me various questions about my daughter mostly was she likely to go again was she back in the country etc, she then examined the spreadsheet tutted that MEx had me back in court their solicitor said that I was still £170 in arrears which was incorrect and the judge considered 'petty at best' (it was incorrect and so I changed my mind about correcting for fear I may too got told off) The I&E I submitted was utter rubbish it wasn't the one I prepared & it was neither complete nor accurate which she picked up on but she also made a joke about this being from a Maths graduate (ie me ) which everyone laughed at, then she told me she didn't want to see me again and laid down the conditions again and overturned the eviction Sorry for the delay in response!!

  6. EVICTION OVERTURNED WHOOP WHOOP!!!!!! THANK-YOU Ell-enn sending you big cyber cwtches!! (like hugs but much bettererer)
  7. oh and they'd moved the court!! so I only got there today
  8. hearing at 10.00 am Monday with the same judge - there were no duty solicitors
  9. arghhh ok if they uphold is it reasonable to ask for more time?
  10. well I thought 2010 but M Ex are saying 2011 but I can't find a record of that so I am double checking I haven't filed it in the wrong place, are you concerned that the judge is going to think I'm thee once too soon (if at all)
  11. Thanks so much Ell-enn f the eviction is upheld do you think they'll allow me any additional time to vacate??
  12. Ell-enn I have a REALLY BAD feeling about this -if the worst comes to the worst at the very least do you think I will get more time to vacate? I have 12 years of 'life' in this house and no where to put it
