  1. Just carry on according to your timetable, don`t let them worry you.
  2. still nothing happening...................................zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
  3. Thanks Octron32, now that is very interesting information, tell us more, we could maybe use this.
  4. http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/ Here is a link to help you, but please take your time and read everything, to fully understand what you need to do.
  5. OK, all gone quiet now, just a waiting game, still no action. Donation will follow if all goes OK
  6. I`m sure it can`t just end like that, there must have been some kind of default or judgement. Wait to speak to a real person, then it will be clear, sorry I don`t know anymore about it.
  7. Don`t really get the question, if they appear on your statement as charges, you`ve paid them, whether you are O/D or not.
  8. It will work for as long as the banks keep charging excessive penalty charges and we have a fair and accessible legal system.
  9. Read the FAQs, it`s all there for you: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/ http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/faqs-please-read-these/
  10. Don`t panic, they`ll not go all the way.
  11. Claim no. is there to identify the case, not as simple as that I think. Presumably claim no.s are available in other places too.
  12. If you can prove to them who you are/where you lived etc, they will still have the info. Take it slowly and read all the other posts, all the info is out there for you.
  13. It`s not really even £12, but as none of the banks are willing to say what losses they actually have when a D/D or cheque is bounced, then you can`t just claim back part of the charge, you can only claim the whole charge. If a bank were to go to court, they would then have to reveal this info, but they don`t seem to want to do this.
  14. There`s your answer, phone them and tell them you are about to start a warrant application. That will focus their minds a little.
  15. If they did leave it too late, maybe you need to point it out to them.
  16. Sounds like they left it too late, did the MCOL site definitely say the judgement had gone your way...? (your link doesn`t work as only you can log in to see it)
  17. I wouldn`t call that a result really. I got an offer like that first, then they upped it to £1000, (no I didn`t accept, I`m owed £3***). Keep going, you`ll get it.
  18. Tell them it`s in dispute, and until then, the account remains as it is. The banking code they are supposed to adhere to suggests they can`t close accounts `in dispute`. Otherwise carry on with your timetable and ignore any other letters etc.
  19. If any charges are £28 or over and they are marked charge or chg or similair, the chances are they are penalty charges, or if they are marked `paid referral fee` then also, yes, they are charges.
  20. I`m at the stage of waiting around 22 days to see if they settle or go to court. I think I know the answer to that (hopefully)
  21. Just stick with this thread, it goes to the top with each new post or reply. We can`t all be the newest thread.
