  1. Hi I am trying to remove the default put on my account (without my knowledge!) by O2, Vodafone, and Capquest. Vodafone have already written back to say they are removing there default 'as a gesture of goodwill' and have had the fob off reply from 02, which I have written to again. However I have heard nothing back from Capquest, what should my next action be? Thanks in advance for the advice! Ga

Having sent in the advised letters to Natwest and getting told to get lost (well a tarted up version of that) I have finally visited MoneyClaim and proceeded with Court action, as they have left me no other options. I started my claim on Sunday night and await to hear from Natwest. I have already successfully claimed from Barclaycard, A&L credit Card, First Direct. Wish me Luck Garuth2
  3. Hi all Received the standard "are charges are fair and transparent" letter today (I sent the 1st letter few weeks back) what do i need to say in the next letter? Thanks Gareth
