  1. Thank you steven. I was thinking of sending them the letter that curlyben provided for pokermad on this thread... #16. Suitably amended of course. http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/legal-issues/110742-bls-no-cca-but.html
  2. Lincolnshire I think has been taken by ted45. however, if you need someone to fill in one of the gaps I would be quite happy to.
  3. Oh brilliant, thank you I didnt realise that. Yes I am using the template one. I must admit I did panic a bit when I thought I might have to work out 'how many days since offence' till I realised that it was doing it for me DUH. Clever stuff this technology isnt it:)
  4. Is this enforceable please The T&Cs are definitely from a later date than 1999 the original signing of application form !.. Need to delete some indentifiable info.
  5. Thank you jowalshy and johnnymitch. I will stick with the simple spreadsheet thank you and just claim the charges. xx
  6. Oh heck, I am guessing that this is an important link. However, I dont have any speakers so I cant listen to things. sob, sob Is there a written report somewhere I could look at please ?
  7. Have just completed the simple charges excel sheet from the templates library. However, I have a couple of questions. the 6 year rule. HSBC sent me statements and a charges summary going back to 2001. Checking this against the statements, charges were applied for just 4 months in 2001 : 5 months in 2002 : 2 months in 2003 : 4 months in 2004 : nothing in 2005 3 months in 2006 : all of 2007 and still being applied this year. So will I claim for all of those or just back to 2002 ? Also. there was an approved overdraft during all of these years. Charges were applied when the limit was exceeded and when it wasnt there was just interest charged. Was that interest on the portion of the overdraft that was used and can I claim it back please? Thank you x
  8. Doing well thanks NP.. how's yourself. I have been thinking to send MHA (when they get around to writing to me) a copy of the letter I already sent to **** along with a copy of the CCA request to LTSB.. A covering letter perhaps to say.. Something along the lines of ... I am surprised that you have been instructed by a firm of solicitors who havent had the decency to reply to my request.. etc, etc. Obviously I will give a bit more thought to the enclosing letter LOL x It might even be worth the stamp to copy the whole lot to **** and LTSB to let them know I know what their little game is.
  9. Peep, just bumping your thread to the top of the list.. Someone with experience will be along soon to help you I am sure. What I think the experts will want to know is what kind of paperwork you have received so if you can blank out your details and scan the documents you have received into your thread that will help .
  10. Ugh.. I have just opened the box. There was a letter on top saying that not all of the information was there but would be sent separately. All there appears to be is a 20 " thick stack of computer print outs. Some copy letters and a CD rom which supposedly contains telephone conversations from recorded calls but which is blank ??? Ah well the printouts should keep me out of mischief over the weekend. sigh.... !!
  11. Ooops.. I have this mornng received a rather large box from HSBC. It is crammed full of information and the poor courier darn near gave himself a hernia taking it indoors for me !!. That's my weekend sorted then x
  12. Ah, I see. I changed my telephone number 3 months ago, after LTSB did an hourly check in. Ooops.. I forgot to let anyone have the new number !!
  13. Thanks for that link 42man. Very interesting read. Will give some serious thought to your suggestion x
  14. Thank you.. I am still giggling at the pink pigs !!. Yes, I see a theme.. do I take it then, the letter I sent yesterday.. ATTENTION: Mr Green, will not be read by him personally LOL .
  15. Thanks spiritgirl. It is so frustrating when you know you have seen the letter and cant find it again LOL. Never mind, I will try again tomorrow. Thanks for your support xx
  16. Hmmm, OH received a message on his statement today.. saying that LTSB have passed his account on to MHA for collection. Obviously our letters to SC&M have scared them off
  17. Ah well, having sent Curlyben's letter off to SC&M on XX February and it was signed for on the XX I wasnt expecting a reply and I wasnt disappointed.. I didnt. However, in today's post was the monthly statement with a little message which I nearly missed.. "your account is seriously overdue and in view of this we have instructed a Debt Collection Agent, MHA Collections. If you are unable to make the payment on this statement you msut phone them immediately." Well obviously the payment wont be made because Lloyds havent complied with the CCA request sent at the beginning of January. So I guess we just wait until MHA contact us.. yes !!!.
  18. Oh I dont know Castlebest, I am sure I can find some even dafter than the one I edited out LOL xx Thank you for your support
