I'm still a little confussed what you are asking. Have you read the FAQ's and familiarised yourself with this site and the processes?

First step is to send off the DPA letter to find out your charges and whether ot not there has been manual intervention. Have you done this?

Hi and Welcome

hi all, have printed and filled in form posted today

I think this is what has confused closey .I am guessing you mean you have filled in your details and printed the prelim letter , then sent it off ? If you have already sent the SAR or already know all your charges then yes that is correct to send the prelim now.

Have you read the FAQ's and familiarised yourself with this site and the processes?

I agree this is very important so you get a full understanding of what you are undertaking.

In that case you are fine! This will only be needed at the court stage.

Did you do a DPA request asking if there had been manual intervention?

Hi Westham 34. If you could send your spreadsheet to me at [email protected] I can take a look at it for you.

Please take look at the more complicated spreadsheet that I created, in the bank templates library. Although I don't suggest you use it unless you are completely clear on the aspects of the interest, the notes on the first page will clarify much for you.

hi all,update!

well got letter this morning from lloyds tsb sayin this

Dear mrs ........

i am just writing to let you know that we've received your complaint and to say how sorry I am to learn that you're not happy with us.

we will investigate the concerns you have raised with us-this may take a little time but we would expect our enquiries to be complete within the coming 2 weeks. we will then be able to respond in full to your complaint and at this stage, i hope, resolve matters between us.

in case you haven't received a copy of our leaflet called ' how to voice your concerns' I’ve enclosed one with my letter. this tells you all you need to know about resolving your complaint with us.

does this mean they may pay up :D
