hello you two, I cant think YB must be the slowest of the slow. Every one I have spoken to about them has had a bad time. They certanley do not go out of their way to assist their customers. Are all the banks as bad as them?

well I have just returned from my holiday to find poor old Caro`s house has been flooded. What rotten luck, I hope everything is OK.

Found a cheery letter from Yorkshire Bank with my mountain of post, silly sods think I am a customer now. I really think they have lost the plot.
