Template Letters

HOW DO I USE THESE LETTERS, CANT EDIT THEM TO SUIT MY SITUATION OR TRY TO PRINT THEM AND YOU GET ALL THE ADVERTS ASWELL:x

what i did was copy and paste them on a word document then do all the alterations on there

With the letters you are best of cutting and pasting them into a word document on your pc, this will cut out the adverts.

 

Then modify them to your own needs. For example name, address, amount owed etc.

you just click and hold the mouse and drag it up the letters to cover what you want copying press ctrl button and C then open up word document and press ctrl and V on it

Open a word document on your pc and leave open.

Open the template letter on here

Use your mouse.....hold down the left button and roll the mouse over the wording of the letter.

When all you want is hilighted click the right button of the mouse and selct copy.

Click open the word document on your computer

Right click on the mouse and select paste and then you will see the words you have selected form the template appear on your word

document

 

Or you could just copy it word for word by typing

thank you i ll try but where do i get word document from can i not send letter in writing save all this hassle

on your computer you should have a word pad or microsoft word? or something.but yes if its easier you can just write it up but remember to keep a copy of it for your records and send all letters recorded delivery at least
