I have started to work through my bank/CC charges and sent out letters to Mint/Halifax & Sainsbury cards but none have replied with the amounts of charges and i need to know what the next step should be.

Could i just go strait to the court or do i have to try and contact these people again.

TIA for any help.

Bob

Hello and welcome, Bob.

If it was a Subject Access Request ,and you sent your £10 and given them 40 days to comply. Have a look in the Bank Templates Library....Data Protection Act, Non-Compliance. Send them this and you should get a reply. Start a thread in your banks forum and people will help you out. You need to know how much you are claiming for.

Regards.

Scott.

Hi, Bob.

Estimates are no good, if you did sent a SAR and they have not replied within the 40 days send a Data Protection Act...Non Complience Letter.

Hopefully this will get a responce.

Regards.
