I know of at least 3 cases that aren't settled yet, although I dare say they may drop like flies in the next 24 hours. If your case isn't settled yet could you please post on this thread (and also if it gets settled before the hearing). I think it may well be a good idea to contact the court and make sure that you have done everything required of you from their point of view, and perhaps ask if they have heard anything from the bank regarding your case.

It would be nice to think the banks are finally going to turn up in court and not settle beforehand. Remember this is a directions hearing (I believe), so only about how the court plan to proceed with the cases. I don't think anyone will have a ruling on bank charges tomorrow, although if someone could confirm this with the court when they ring it would be useful to know.

Just rang the courts, they have my Case Management Information Sheet and told me thats all they need from me. They havent heard from the bank. (should i fax/email over another copy of the CMInfo sheet to the bank to make sure theyve had it? anyone got contact info for barclays?) They said The bank may turn up and make me an offer tomorrow, if this happens im to let the judge know, if not the judge will give direction to how to proceed to trial. It will be listed to trail and a hearing date will be set. Could anyone else attending tommorow PM

They could also PM you finney22 if you'd prefer to keep your email addy private.

I know barnett has 2 claims listed and not settled at present

Personally I think you should wait for the bank to contact you. You seem to have done what is required for court tomorrow, so have nothing to fear by going to court. If Barclays want to settle they know where to find you and are probably more keen than you to avoid going to court.

Have you had anything from them? I'd have thought they should do one too. If the court are happy I don't think you need worry. I'd be surprised if you don't have a settlement before the hearing.
