Guest louis wu

Hello

The thing to remember, is that you are in control of this. The chief exec of H'fax can call you, but unless he offers you a full, unconditional refund, then he's wasting his time.

I suspect this is just more stalling from them.

Stick to YOUR deadline, and when the time comes, submit your claim through the court.

Have a good read in the Halifax forum, and begin a post there.

You will get your money back if you do things right.

Best of luck

louis
