I sent my DPA to ARGOS on the 21st of February.

I sent it to:

Data Protection Manager

489-499 Avebury Boulevard

Central Milton Keynes

MK9 2NW

I not sure that this is the right address?

So now after 30 days I thought I would give them a reminder.

I sent this email to Argos Card Services via the Argos website:

FAO Data Protection Manager

I sent a DPA disclosure request to your office on Avebury Boulevard in Milton Keynes.

You received this request on the 22nd of February 2007.

As you only have 40 days in which to comply your deadline is on Tuesday (the 3rd of April).

Failure to meet that deadline could result in an investigation from the Information Commissioners Office.

Please advise me as to why this request is taking so long considering you cashed my cheque, the £10 fee, on the 7th of March?

Please deal with this as a matter of urgency.

Yours Faithfully,

Does anyone have the correct address and a direct phone number and an email to the correct department without going through the website?

My account went into default over a year ago. It is closed and paid off in full.

So I don't have any dialogue with them.

Any help much appreciated.

ARGOS have sent me confusing screengrabs that show the date of the statements that the charges appeared on but not the dates when the charges were made. How impotant is this?
