Hello,

New to the group? You joined June last year!!!! Are you shy or just been lurking reading everything before you leap in to action?

First off I highly recomend reading th FAQ's , actually raed every single word of the FAQS twice! Then read all the guides, step by step guide, MCOL ect It really is a case of better the devil you know.

Which Bank or banks are you going to reclaim from? I would suggest that after you've read everything to start a thread or threads under the relevant banks. That way we can follow your progress, answer any questions you may have and cheer along with you when you get you money back!

Good Luck

Welcome :)

Yes you are in the right place, all the info you will need is here. Please remember the following:

It is your money, you will set the time scales not the bank

It is your money, so its your responsibility

It is your money, but we are here to support and guide you

Please use the FAQs, print them out so you can refer to them at leisure, beleive me you will need them often!! ;-)

Start a thread in the relevant bank forum, that way you will get answers from people dealing with the same banks (as they do differ slightly in some ways)

If you have anthing urgent, or just fancy a chat then come along to the chat room, someone is always there :)

Good luck
