Hi there - welcome to the group and the friendliest bunch of people you could hope to meet.

Everyone here is or has been in a very similar boat to you.

My advice, as will most peoples, is to take a little time in reading through the forums. When I joined, I wanted a quick fix to the problems and all the answers to be given to me, but it really does help to have a read around and take some time. Best place to start is the FAQs and the forum rules.

Spend a day or two (it will be the best time you'll spend this month - I promise you) reading up on what other people are doing, how they are coping and what advice is given.

All the answers are here for you, but the better you can understand the problems and arguements, the better equipped you will be for fighting with the banks.

Good luck,

Gordon Hall
