I would withdraw your money, and open another account! Go for the review and tell them if they dont like how you run your account you will go elsewhere!

How dare they?!

Good Luck!

Hi Miss Piggy

.

I am so angry with them that I feel like going into my branch on tuesday, taking all of my money from the account & then closing the account but can't help feeling that if I do this they will have won in some small way.

Anyone have any opinions or answers as I am now getting stressed about this & i don't do srtess. AARGH!

Dont let them get your health aswell.

Keep up the fight for your cash back, don't give up.

But do what you need to do to stop them causing disruption in your everyday life.

As that is how they will get you down..

Just an ideal.

( stress yuk, not good)

Dear Miss Piggy,

Did Lloyds offer your settlement after you had done a Moneyclaim? I did my moneyclaim and they have decided to defend it!!! Just a bit concerned but thought if you had done a similar thing, then at least I can relax a little bit.

Would be interested in your view

Kind regards

Success!! Lloyds TSB credited my account today with the full amount, interest & charges.

Couldn't have done it without this fab website & all the support from everyone. Thanks a million. Will be now chasing charges for closed Credit Card accounts!

Have tried to send a msg to Bankfodder so it can now be Litigation Concluded but am unable to do so.

Congrats Miss Piggy!

Just as a matter of interest, were you given the option to receive payment by any other means ( cheque etc. ) or did they just go ahead and credit your account?
