Thanks to all for your help, I have prepared my letter for repayment of charges in accordance with the template, For the record, it is £1292.00 since February this year when I opened this account.

Being subject to an IVA and working abroad my financial situation is not easy to manage and currently I have £3.92 credit in my account so this would make my life a lot easier.

One question before I post, in an earlier thread i said that the customer relations unit had responded to my preliminary enquiry and said I should send the details back to them of my claim. Do I A) return the letter in the postage paid envelope to a PO Box in Edinburgh or B) send my letter back registered post to the person and address who is dealing with the matter. The letter, with my schedule of charges and a copy of their letter asking for these details awaits beside the envelopes. Any advice greatfully appreciated.

If they've asked you to respond to them, then respond to them!! No point in having your letter banded round the internal post.
