Hi, it's been a really long time since I was here, though I do tell people about this site.

Anyway, my problem is mainly a request.

I can't get my head around the charges spreadsheet, so I was wondering if anyone still had the 2011 spreadsheet available?

I know how to use that one, I would be really grateful if Bankfodder or any of the original moderators had this somewhere in their archives.

Many thanks in advance,

Saxon

You mean the vampiress ones?

Or the ims21 ones?

Not sure what thats got to do with a statute barred debt and counter claiming mind

If a debt is sb'd its sb'd not even a judge can unbar a debt.

If you are saying the debt is all or mostly notional charges, you wouldn't see those back anyway.

Tell us the real story please.

Whats going on

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi, thanks for getting back to me, it was the Vampiress spreadsheet I was after.

My story is that Santander closed my account in August 2015, the amount owing was all charges, Cabot apprently bought the debt and  have just caught up with me and have passed it to a collections agency, GLOBAL to collect.

It's not on credit file, like I said previously not been on here in years, credit rating poor to middling but no problems other than this week.

  • dx100uk changed the title to Cabot and old Santander debt - Statute barred debt, counter claim?

Have you moved since taking this bank? Account out and have not informed Satan's bank or Cabot of your current and correct address?

Never run from debt, if a debt was last used/paid within say the last 7 yes always send the owner a letter informing them of your address.

Else backdoor CCJ's are a danger

If this debt is sb'd, then you need do nothing more than send our SB letter from the debt collection of our library
