I am about to send my N1 form and schedule of charges to the county court today but am getting a bit confused about exactly what i send to who.

 

Do i send 2 N1 forms and schedule of charges to the court and do i need to send an N1 form to the bank as well. Could someone please advise whether or not i need to send a covering letter with this information.

Hi Russel,

 

Please can you set up a thread in the Halifax forum, where we can keep track of your claim and give any further advice you need. :)

 

You need to take all 3 copies to the court for them to seal (stamp). You then keep a copy, and either the court can send the bank a copy, or you can do it, either way is fine. The staff at court offices are generally very helpful.
