I'm waiting to start my claim in court against Citi - Just can't afford it pre-christmas but I'm going to write to them asking why if they were so anxious to actually go to Mercantile Court and get this whole debacle resolved why when given the opportunity no one actually turned up!!!! especially as they specifically mentioned this case in my F-off letter!!!!

The hearing yesterday was only a case management conference to agree directions for evidence not the case itself, still very bizarre that Brian did not turn up as the directions which he will now have seen require them to produce their costings and make a successful challenge by them less likely to succeed in particular as I will have 3 weeks if we go to trial to have thier figures independantly assessed and analysed. We will have to wait between 7 and 9 weeks for the trial itself I am afrais, although I will be contacting Citi again to push them fo rtheir postion as suggested by His Honour in the court room
