These people keep sending me spam, up to 50 a day. I've now unsubscribed at least 10 times over the last 2 weeks but the spam still keeps coming and there's no contact details on their website to complain. I most definitely never subscribed in the first place so being unable to unsubscribe is driving me nutty. Any ideas how to stop it other than changing my email address?

No contact details on their web site, and even the official Whois entry has obscured information. One has to go through contactprivacy.com with no guarantee that the message will get through. In my opinion, a highly disreputable setup with the sole aim of spam generation.

About the only thing I can suggest (aside from changing your email address) is to record everything they send as spam and let your email program filter it out. Or if you use googlemail, tag it as spam and let them deal with it.

Clicking on an 'unsubscribe' link in a spam email often does little more than mark your email address as valid and opens up the floodgates to yet more spam.

It seems that spam emails from UK businesses can be reported to the ICO

Unfortunately I've already deleted the last lot, but I will be reporting when I get today's batch. No idea if it wll do any good.
