For a variety of personal reasons this is something I am looking at.

Can anybody recommend a good advisor/professional who deals in this that is able to discuss my situation with me - not someone who will try and get me to do an IVA because they make money from it, someone who genuinely deals on the bankruptcy side and who is able to have a professional but sympathetic view?

Thanks

National Debtline has a fact sheet on bankruptcy, I have attached it below.

It would be worth you speaking to them, this will be in confidence and I believe their helpline is free.
