Some one plz help me.

I sold my car on in may 2012. I sent off the log book to dvla with 1st class stamp. After one week i phone them to find out whether the received it or not but i was told wait four weeks. But still i phone them every week even after four weeks and the answer was same. Then i was told that ask new keeper and he can apply on his behalf. The new keeper paid £25 and received the log book. Now after few weeks got a letter from dvla to pay £35 fine for not notifying dvla.

I phoned them and told them if dvla did not received it or its been lost by royal mail its mot my fault.

Then dvla sent me letter asking for proof of phone bill. And i did send them my phone bill which clearly shows that i did phone them four times. But still they want me to pay fine. Then i wrote them back i want to go to court. Now they sent me court summons. Even i wrote a a letter to dvla and explained interpretation act. But still they are taking me to court. Any one plz help me.

Regards,

Double h
