ive been having trouble with my landlord. Is it legal to find him coming into my back garden often via a gate and even looking into my bolted door sheds?

What is the LL doing when he in the back garden and what does it say in the tenancy agreement about access to the garden ?

Please use the quote system, So everyone will know what your referring too, thank you ...

Whilst LLs have many restrictions applicable to rented Ts, namely harrassment & quiet enjoyment, the LL has not gained access to your living accom nor shed/garage. Unless rear garden has bolted gate, how can you prevent anyone from gaining entry to garden? Trespass quite poss - low Police interest though. Without a specific injunction, can you prevent LL crossing the property line to knock on the access door, when you grant this privilege to others every day? LL is ill-advised but I suspect there is further, unrebealed background.
