You have as much right as anyone else to claim your charges back but you must be prepared to work for them!!

You must read all the FAQ's

FAQs :::::::::::::::::::::::::- PLEASE READ THESE FIRST!!! -::::::::::::::::: Frequently Asked Questions. Case guidance etc. Instructions on how you can Reclaim the Right and get your bank charges refunded.------::::::-----------

and as many threads as you can. Then all the templates you need to construct your letters etc will be found

Consumer Action Group > Libraries - bank charges materials and other issues navbits_finallink.gif Bank Templates Library

Good luck - do you also bank with your employer?

Hi Anna-Maria.

You will appreciate that because of the nature of this site, there is a rule that all bank employees must get permission to use it.

Please send a private message to either Dave or Bankfodder and introduce yourself.

If this has been useful to you, please click on the scales at bottom left of post. Thanks.

Just a quickie, why do the mods ask for this? Only wondering, as anyone of us could be a bank employee and because of the anonymity side of things the site and it's users wouldn't know would they?

Just being nosey really!

I'm not by the way!!!!!!!!

Its one of the rules.

Besides bank workers have a dedicated thread.

Theres no real reason why a Bw would benefit from not disclosing.

The info is available to all members regardless.

Even if a Bw joined up and did not disclose,it would make little difference,to anything they could pick up on.......but it would then be difficult for them to justify having any insider info with any authority.
