Hi there, just to let you know a refferal fee is charged when the bank pays something for you when you have insuffuicient items in your account. When you go overdrawn by £25 or more this is when rbs will charge you £30 for each direct debit payed when you are overdrawn along with a lovely maintenance charge of £28. I know because they do this on a regular basis to me!!!!!! Good luck

I'm owed a fortune but i don't know what right i have can anyone help me? Cheers folks

I work for a a high street bank that has charged me a fortune over the last six years, i have only ever received £90 of bank charges refunded to my account as a so called goodwill gesture however they refuse to refund me anymore even though i have only been overdrawn by small amounts. I have seen many customers get thousands back. Can anyone give me advice for a little bank employee like myself? I'm still a customer at the end of the day and i'm on your side.
