I am trying to help a women with two children, in a seeking possesion order. Any advice or knowledge would be grateful, i am a fast learner and dedicated. I do not require funds or will not be charging her fees. This is another quest in where i hope to help someone who has had some bad luck. Her husband left her with a big morgage. Below is more details so far.

right have a bit more info, she recieved a court summons today for the 2nd of febuary. The total arreas is £3000, also the social does make payments of 320 a month covering the interest. She is going to break down how many payments are missed and if any is arreas fees. As soon as i know ill post more any advice on where i can research between i would be grateful. thankyou again simon

Can you ask her to fill in the attached budget sheet so we can establish whether or not she can afford to make payments to the arrears each month.

 

 

We can help her defend the repossession claim, but will need quite a bit more info.

she managed to sell the house and get back the money she had invested, she felt that was best option thanks for help, i have another problem, a friend made a gentlemans agreement "handshake and words" to do his window frames for two very big houses. The man was ment to pay for cheap hardwood and is now demanding old english oak which one would spend the whole budget. Is there a section in the forum where i can gain help on this issue thanks simon

yeah she basically had 130'000 to pay and manged to sell for 175'000, they advertised online for a quick sale and managed to get a fair price, now im stuck with the other problem, turns out they have registered a business in my freinds name and home address at companies house, he gave his details for payment and the employer has used to start a business now is threating him with court action and asking for a lien. ? Researching now wondered if their is a section where i could get any help here. Thanks again simon
