just had a letter back from nationwide after i had sent my prelim letter the letter is stating the charges on my flexaccount account where agreed by myself and i signed in acceptance of this when the account was opened ,also they state that they use the financial services authority rules they also have given me 2 option to take if i am still not statisfied with the repy which i am not should i carry on with the 2nd letter as i feel that they are trying it on but need some feedback on other coustomers thoughts

letter just recieaved from nationwide after Lba letter sent saying referring me to member service department they will ook at my case and get back to me is this time to take court action or wait for there repy me thinks time for court action
