Help. Some points in LBA, from library template:

First sentence of template "...I am disappointed you have failed to respond...". Well they have responded with a standard letter but not with an offer of a refund. Is this an ambiguity or is it OK; in the LBA, I mean?

Do I include the interest charges at this point in the schedule or do I wait until court procedure?

My SAR and Prelim were deposited at my local branch, receipts requested. Is it OK to do this with LBA?

You need to keep all your threads together - you have 7 now in this forum.

I am going to ask for a mod to merge them.

Please note that I am not a legal expert and all advice given is without prejudice and is purely my opinion only.
