Because of your income, if you apply for a redetermination a judge should reduce your payments significantly, it could only be £1 per month.

 

I assume it's the waterboard that you have to pay? If so contact them explaining your situation & tell them you have applied for a redetermination. Bailiffs won't turn up at your door, they would need to apply to a court for an enforcement order first & even then if you don't let them in they can do nothing anyway.

I doubt whether he will comment, but even if he did peoples situations change. He is aware that people make offers on the spur of the moment not realising what the income and out goings are.
