Hi new to posting, just thought i'd ask for a wee bit of advice.

I'm claiming charges from the woolwich, after sending preliminsary approach letter, recieved reply saying Barclays are dealing with reply.

Now heres my query, barclays stated they would be back in touch by 14th september, but the initial 14 days i gave them ends the 24th august.

Do i send LBA on the 24th aug or do i wait till the 14th sep?????

Sorry if this sounds a bit dumb, just dont want to seem too aggressive???

Please help, thanks for any replys
