On numerous occasions, over the past couple of years, Royal Mail have been leaving our mail outside the door (instead of posting it through the letterbox) or posting our stuff into the flats above. I have complained several times to Royal Mail but nothing has improved. I'm furious that they repeatedly leave my personal information out for anyone to take!

 

I also sent several pieces of mail that have not arrived and not received several pieces of mail that I know have been posted to me.

 

They are so entirely useless! :eek:

 

I know this happens to other people too but I was wondering what I can do to escalate this issue. They are compromising my privacy and confidentiality, and it's incredibly frustrating to think that the furthest I can take it is to the morons in the customer service department.

 

Any advice or help, contacts or support would be hugely appreciated.

Perhaps when you complain, calling them 'morons' isn't going to be the best way to get your complaint dealt with.

Well, obviously I didn't call them morons when I complained but there behavior HAS been moronic. I used the descriptor here because I thought this was a forum where I could express my frustration and be given advice without being patronised. I've read several of your comments on this site and noticed you do that a lot, so I won't take personally.
