Not sure if that's what you call it, what I mean is when the courts stop the press reporting.

A friend of mine is going to Court for benefit fraud, I'm not going to go into detail about the allegations but it's a considerable amount of overpayment they are pursuing her for.

She has asked me if I can find out what grounds they will do this as she has a son who started secondary school in September and she is more worried for him than the Court case. She is scared he will be bullied it the other children find out about the case even if she wins.

An injunction can be obtained to stop the media reporting on certain matters but this is usually obtained to stop the media reporting on high profile cases or certain matters to do with the case being reported while the court case is still ongoing.

She needs to get legal advice on this matter.
