everyone be warned if you have taken out a loan with cash genie and defaulted on the loan be very careful about taking out any more payday loans with different debit cards details the will get them as the are parent companies with most of the loans available out there this is a very sneaky way off doing things always read the terms and conditions on these loans

the sooner these are all taken off the market the better if you owe the bank money then don't ring you 100 times a day threaten court action and employ the most stupid staff must be something the put in the tea

You agree that PaydayisEveryday.co.uk is authorized by you, once any outstanding balance becomes due, to collect this from any debit card, credit card or account information that you have provided to us at anytime. You agree that we can make these attempts in any nominations we choose and at any time we reasonably choose up until the total outstanding balance is recovered. You also agree that should you already have an outstanding balance with Cash Genie U.K Ltd or any trading names such as paydayisveryday.co.uk, that you authorise us to collect the outstanding balance before processing any additional application.

Yes there are various companies trading under different styles. Some are brokers not lenders and pass your details to every Tom Dick and Harry. Cash Genie will try anything to get your card details and then won't hesitate to use them

aslo i have found out that canceling your debit card is not enough in some cases make sure when you cancel put a stop on the card that is the term it seem in the recession the banks and pay day companies are willing to help each other out by pushing through these payments just be warned best advice is get a pay as you go credit card which helps rebuild your credit rating make all your payment to these companies come out from there and pay of your debt by rebuilding your credit rating get your life back dont let them ruin it for you becasue at the end of the day there not really much they can do but continue to add on intrests but that neither here or there becasue when you have the money however long down the line there is always a deal to be had by these people normally over around 25% to 30% of the balance good luck people
