We have a debt that is spiralling out of control and now we have just received an interim charging order.

It all began with a £4000 loan which has turned into £6000 and to be honest we just can't afford the high repayments due a change in our circumstances.

When we took out the loan we did so with the understanding that no matter what, our house would not be involved but now it seems we may be on the way to loosing it.

Its all so annoying as the company we owe the money to is the black horse, who we also bank with, and if they hadn't of kept on charging us ridiculously high bank charges every month then we wouldn't be in the situation we find ourselves in now!

We now have 3 weeks to come up with something before we have to go to court.

hope someone out there can give us some very much needed advice.
