wrong registration, right tax disc

Hi there,

 

I was hoping to get a bit of advice on a PCN i have received.

 

I was just trying to pay it and realised that it would not accept my number plate with the PCN number because the 'Civil Enforcement Office' has taken down my reg incorrectly.

 

I have seen on a separate post that the lady was advised to ignore the PCN.

 

I am not sure of a couple of things so was hoping you would help me clear it up.

a) I am not sure if they have taken a photo of the car or not, where do I stand on the PCN with this?

 

b) The PCN states the correct make of the car and also states my Tax disc number correctly, again, where do i stand with this?

Hope someone can help answer these points!

hi and thank you for your replys, stupid situation down my street, it is the only street in the area where you do not need to get a parking permit so it fills up all the time and fast where the neighbouring streets are left almost empty.

 

knowing full well i was leaving for work at 6am i chanced it on one of the residential parking streets as it was practically empty.

 

this was down a side street in central reading

 

warden got me at 5:30am but obviously did not have his weetabix..
