Hi terrym,

I assume you are sending an SAR, or is it a letter before action, either way it is not unreasonable for a credit card company to use any refund of charges to reduce a balance.

Have you sent the CCA request to discover if they have an enforceable agreement.

Hi, Terrym,

If your looking for all the infomation regarding your account, like Andy says send them a SAR......

http://www.ico.gov.uk/upload/documents/library/data_protection/practical_application/subject_access_-_guide_for_data_subjects.pdf

I would very much doubt they will demand you pay of your Credit Card and Loan.

If you need a parachute account, here's the info.......

Sorry to butt in on this but i see activity at this late hour.

Is there any mod available who can edit a post by a member here (not me by the way).. it contains identifiable personal information of the member concerned (for obvious reasons i will only speak with a mod)

thanks
