...the last few days have seen "record" numbers logging onto CAG...but "guests" have outweighed "registered users" by about 8:1

 

It isn't as if claims are back on track at the moment, or even if OFT has any results of note...perhaps banks are logging on as "guest" and trying to whittle away at all of the possible counters to any defences they may put forward...and arming themselves for a deluge of claims to come...

 

...perhaps the OFT case may find for the consumer after all...

Its only after joining this site and becoming more involved do you realise how they (financial organisations) seem to get the benefit of the doubt over consumers all the time, ive seen it in courts on countless occasions where there is double standards all the time.

dave - why does this ''who is online'' link not work for forum members. On all other forums, members are able to access this facility.
