Hi all :-)

 

just a real quicky really ... im about to start a claim for my joint account i share with my wife .. simple question is .. does letters sent requesting our charges need to be signed by both of us or is just my sig ok ??

Hi If you can get money or sign cheques with just one signature then you can claim on just one signature. My wife and I have joint account I dont have to do we both pay in and withdraw money independantly and I claimed charges an my own. Of course she:) spent the refund on her own.
