Hi everyone,

Inspired by others on this site I requested info on my charges for my old MBNA credit card (my account is now closed with them for a couple of years).

I got the charges from them and sent the letter requesting repayment of around 700 pounds.

They have responded by saying that have credited my account with less than half this amount as a guesture of goodwill and also denied their charges were unreasonable etc. they also mentioned the recent rulings and said although they disagreed they are reducing their charges to £12.

Should I now respond to get the rest of the money? If so I am not sure quite how to word it.

Any help would be much appreciated.
