    Hi JunkiMunki, fingers crossed that they pay soon:) Perhaps a nudge that a further £55 will be added to the costs when you issue the warrant of execution;) Know its going to be difficult to find yet more money, I baulk at the £10 for the sar I'm having to do. Everything crossed that you receive your money before you have to shell out anymore that you haven't got:)

    Hi Pen, here for moral support:) . It reads like LTSB are just trying to scare you off, the money it's costing to take you to court is peanuts to them, and you are just a name/number, not a person:( This is a system you are fighting, along with the rest of us. Best wishes:)

    Thanks for your responses, Alison82 and Sallysas. Ikea have responded to my letter, by saying they are prepared to refund half, but no further refunds will be granted. Lba being sent next:D

    Oh Scarlet, forgot to mention to HSBC that an sar covers all data, how remiss of me, not to explain what an sar entails:rolleyes: Letter received from HSBC, noting my concerns over charges, and suggesting I go to my online account for statements, duhh, you closed the account, no internet banking:eek: 2nd duhhh claim already in re charges, and stayed:( Will be composing my response later:)

    so*fed*up, have you done the sar? Their POC is: "The claimants claim is for the balance outstanding under a personal loan agreement. but its not, it includes other accounts. see tomterm8 is here, so hope he can help:) best of luck:)
