well well had a card through yesterday i will be calling between 9am and 9pm. now ive paid paypal the £20 over 2 weeks ago which still hasnt been banked! i faxed nco all the details including a copy of the cheque.(account no crossed out) dont these bloody people READ!!! they can get lost if they think im paying them any money.

yep you def got a claim here for this. one of the conditions of ppi is you have to be in FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT. you found out yourself you couldnt claim it. cancel it tomorrow and make a claim if you have all the statements. by the way start a thread in the ppi forum -
well garyh letter did the trick(thank you) . my judge ordered them to comply by the 31st march! received today 2 cheques dated 30th march! and the other one isnt due for a hearing until may. off to write my letter to court again garyh's thanks guys

with PPI one of the conditions of having it you must be in full time employment and clearly you werent as you were a student so it was missold. i have today got all my PPI charges, with contractural interest and 8%! read redinets guidance notes on PPI you need to do 2 claims one for the charges and one for the ppi -

yes if youve done prelim and lba and not got all the money back then yes a claim with the small claims court via either MCOL or N1

mcol money claim online lba letter before action 40 days only comes into this senario if you requested your statements. you need to file a claim as this is the only way you will get all your money back

well well what a surprise [problem] havent complied with the judges latest order! ive heard nothing from them at all. tried phoning but no luck. what a total sham these lot are. and if they tell the court theyve paid me they cant have as the accounts are closed! im raring to go into court office on monday or today if have time.

the one i will be looking at glenn v abbey as this one was pre six years and with CI aswell, which is what tanz and I are going for 2nd time round albeit with difft banks. :o
