if account is closed be impossible to get cash to you or cheque on tuesday. they will pay BACS into another account on tuesday. (like they did with me one hour before my court case last october) barclays arent usually this bad! but god almighty cutting it fine! same result though you will be paid one way or another on tuesday or the latest weds morning! they will be flapping when you phone if you want cash then you will have to give them your bank account details. or failing that you will need to go to court and explain to the judge

im on my third claim with barclays last one £345! and its not settled so will have to issue court claim. you can never tell with barclays. in their defence though litigation are very pleasant and professional to deal with.

sorry didnt read all of thread (re no defence!). barclays dont do bundles. yes phone the no as dick says. ruffhead has gone no surprise there. dropping like flies in litigation. they will pay out. sounding like a parrot now go for it on tuesday. the result will be satisfying

hi dont panic you will have settlement soon. who is on your defence? is it krysta? the number should be on there aswell. yes after the bank holiday give them a call and you will be pleasantly surprised. i had claims with barclays/barclaycard/woolwich. and phoned near my court date just to make them aware and blow the dust off my file and all settled with phonecall. barclays always without a doubt take it to the wire. but very nice people to deal with in litigation. be professional and polite and you wont go wrong trust me

dont want to rain on your parade but barclays will file a defence on the last day. just typical of them. but could be wrong yours might have slipped through the net.

oh ive always been calm with PAYPAL AND NCO. it is rather annoying when its only £20 and its been paid NOW! omg another life i can never get through by phone so have to email paypal. NCO shocking outfit. thanks though noo.

jesus NCO are a bloody nightmare. right as earlier in my posts i paid paypal, emailed them every flipping dept i could find. sent cheque 20th march gone through my account today (my current account) but takes another 5 days before it reaches my paypal account!!! told paypal to call off NCO!!! did they NO!!! three calls today!!! have already sent harrassment letter. im getting well angry with nco and bllody paypal!!! NCO can sod off wont receive a penny from me! see you in court

hi choco dont give up. how far are you with natwest? at least get the ball rolling with mbna. quite a few people have 3 or 4 on the go. just means you have to be organised.
