  1. What a truly terrible, scenario. Looks like this account is in default, but this is not acceptable. Payday Loan Companies are not popular right now, under scrutiny for their general practices. As has been mentioned the information provided by Noddle is taken from the specific lender in question, so Active Securities Ltd/247 Moneybox need to update this, Noddle can remove this part of the entry, and keep the other details. Noddle is provided by Callcredit (Credit Reference Agency), but my concern is that is also shown on your credit file data with Equifax and Experian. Unfortunately I would suggest contacting all the credit reference agencies, requesting this entry be removed/updated , so the credit reference agencies contact the lender in this case, on your behalf. There maybe delays, with the CRA's so also suggest writing to the lender in question which looks like Active Securities Ltd (who own 247 Moneybox), to ask for this to be removed immediately, providing the picture if necessary. Looks like a letter template has already been provided. I would contact the lender in question immediately in writing to info(AT)activesecurities.com and support(AT)247moneybox.com. This Website is operated by 247Moneybox.com, a trading name of Active Securities Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales with company registration number 05671281. Our registered office is located at 145-157 St. John Street, London EC1V 4PY. You can contact us either at this address or by email at support(at)247moneybox.com. I have found some more contact details below. 2. Yes this sounds fustrating, basically they are attempting to verify your identity, to then allow you access to your credit report. I assume they may check different sources like whether your application, address matches the one on the electoral roll, etc. However, these checks are in place to reduce fraudulent access to your credit report.
  3. Hi costs differ but see below, just google the company names. One Off Reports: £2 from each one (statutory credit report), which is your legal right to access. I bought one from Experian, as a one off which included a credit score for £14.99 for my wife recently, although, credit scores from CRA's, count for little, in terms of indicators for credit application success, they are quite small, but as a quick health check, can be handy as a one off. Pay Monthly: Credit Expert (Experian) - £14.99 per month Equifax - £6.99 per month. Callcredit - £12 per 3 months
  4. This might also shed some light on this matter as to why there is differences between, the credit reports between Experian, Equifax and Callcredit. http://www.creditgeeks.co.uk/blog/credit-reference-agencies-why-differences-in-your-credit-reports-270712
  5. Hi not all finance/lenders, share data with Credit Reference Agencies. And there are differences overall, with who lends to which one, which makes things more complicated. This can be why your credit score, can be so different, from each, one. Wonga will share their data with Credit Reference Agencies, but looks like only if you are late paying the debt back, so in other words this won't show on your credit file, if you paid it off, without any issues. Quickquid, say they do not report to all your credit reference agencies your payment history, but from below they do report to some? I have read, it is worth checking the CRA's direct, as sometimes not all the data is with Checkmyfile. This would mean they may show with one of them. 6. Experian is the biggest credit reference agency, and this is the link for the dissociation form for them, which is free: I cannot post links so search in google for 'experian disassociation form'
