  6. thats just to start a judgement if barclays dont defend the claim in the 28 days they are given or admit they owe the money (which is very unlikely)

  13. Have recieved from the court today the notice of acknowledgement so am about to send my soc to barclays. Do I need to change the interest on it to reflect the days since I put in the claim?? Please can anyone help, thankyou

Well we rang the personal accounts manager back and it was all about our overdfaft being overdrawn!!We explained the account was in dispute and she said that was ok then cos the money we were claiming would clear the overdraft (sounds promising) my husband then said thats assuming we win to which she answered with I'm sure someone will ring you and it will be fine so I feel slightly more positive than yesterday lol
  15. you can claim for unautherised overdraft fee, paid referral, unpaids out and any interest caused by their charges. Hope this helps

  21. Recieved a letter this morning to ring Barclays as there are a few details regarding the account they would like to discuss! I'm assuming that as its from the personal accounts manager its to do with us being very over the afterdraft limit I'm sure I read somewhere on here that we dont have to discuss this with them while our account is in dispute but I cant for the life of me find it, can anyone please help??? Thankyou
