  1. Maybe you should give mcol a ring, Natwest may have acknowledged at the last minute, the mcol site doesnt always update straight away

  4. People are being advised to contact barclays at this stage and at the moment they certainly seem in the mood for settling If you can hunt down Dar£n he's got krysta's details on the bottom of his posts, she can lead you in the right direction
  5. When I had the last one the midwife offered to come round with 2 bricks, nearest to feeling what childbirth is like i should think lol

  8. 18!!! god I dread mine growing up altho the 2 eldest have aready got teenager attitudes and their only 7 and 9 lol. The time does fly by once you have children, seems like yesterday I was 23 with a new baby and now i'm 32 with 4 of them lol

  13. I know dar£n and saintly have already said it but dont give them any extra time all it does is makes your wait for your money longer, they wouldnt give you extended time if they wanted their money back!!
  14. Our overdraft is £2,600 so thank god our claim is more than that, they are being nice enough not to ask for it back til our claim is finished lol
  15. I might not be right but personally I would send a request for charges so that you've got it in writing for the court then 14 days later do the lba, that way they cant say you didnt ask for it nicely to start with
  16. Thats what I thought to be honest, obviously its not worth them letting us be overdrawn if they know they're not going to get to keep the charges lol

  18. I'm in Olney now but originally from downsbarn. Barclays have still got til the 2nd june to defend for me so i'm expecting to get a date for court around agust time, seems ages away lol

  20. And now as revenge I assume Barclays are withdrawing our overdraft!! Oh well when they give us our money back we wont need it anyway I suppose lol

  22. yes they have til the 2nd june to defend so just 10 long days left to wait!! I keep hoping that as they acknowledged early they might defend early too but i'm not holding my breath lol. And if I win I will definately be living up to my username
