    Yes foxy they have until the 28th so they'll probably defend at the last second! Keep checking moneyclaim site but bear in mind it doesnt always show on there straight away, maybe give them a ring when barclays time is up

    I don't think it would hurt to maybe give her a call in the morning just to check that she got the figures and the offer went out, they're pretty busy at the moment.

    There's your answer then, count the 14 days and as saintly says post the next letter maybe print out that page from royal mail website just for your records.
