  2. Hi Anna, great to see you have got the ball rolling ..I felt a lil anxious too when I sent my prelim.. but they charged me AGAIN the same day as I sent it.. so anxiety was replaced by = No words to describe it lol (Well none that I would be able to type on the forum lol).. My LBA due to be sent out Monday! I have recieved the standard letter, i got it a few days after i sent the prelim.. just the usual "We are dealing with your claim and in 4 weeks etc!".. I have put a couple of days onto the prelim.. for postage times! I know some people do this apparently it shows willing! So really I am using 16 days instead of 14. Just gives the letter time to get there and get into the right hands.. Keep us updated hun! AtMoSpHeRiC

  5. Hi Superowls, Glad you got your statements does not matter how much is owed back to you it is YOUR money... I am sure it will come in handy You leave off the 8% interest till the court stage, I just claimed the charges on my first letter and thats all i will be claiming for on my LBA.. I did not put on the £5 charge for the statements, I felt that the £5 charge was quite fair considering I was sent 15 envelopes Hope this helps a lil AtMoSpHeRiC X
  6. Nice one Anna, You sound a little better today If you need any help hun, give us all a shout AtMoSpHeRiC X

  9. Hi Anna, I am so sorry to hear you news hun.. Halifax really have to get their communication problems sorted out with regards to the statements. I feel awful I suggested to call them now .. It is just that it worked for me. As for them taking all those charges out in one week, that is just awful.. I really hope you are ok and they refund the £10 taken for your S.A.R - (Subject Access Request) request.. Just think it will be that much sweeter when you get it all back.. Although I know it does not help you right now..My thoughts are with you hun XX AtMoSpHeRiC X

  11. Your usual telephone banking number... Read my thread if you like.. they tried to offer me Some of the charges back straight away lol.. Good luck
  12. LOL CrAzYCoLiN, No probs at all babe... does not matter how much your claiming the point is its yours! I am here through every step of the way mate:rolleyes: See ya later Aligator AtMoSpHeRiC
  13. Hi trl, I phoned up for mine, cost me £5 and was delivered in 7 days... I have been reading many threads about Halifax messing people around with Sars requests and them having to wait ages for the statements to arrive. If you want them quicker then call them, you could always send a covering sars letter to confirm your telephone conversation, so you have it in writing. AtMoSpHeRiC
  14. Thanks for that Doo, I will give it a go.. I am hoping I get an offer before court.. but really I do not mind either way.. Just reading through this site gives me the confidence to go all the way! And Net no I can't see the lettering unfortunatly you will have to tell me what is says lmao AtMoSpHeRiC

My friend has been looking at her charges and it states "Charges as agreed".. she is concerned that she can not claim these back.. with me not banking with Lloyds I am not sure.. any help would be appreciated as I will be helping her get through her claim.. Thanks AtMoSpHeRiC
  21. LOL sam just realised that I had read your post wrong, thought it said including interest not excluding! I am a dumb azz lmao.. forgive me it's late lol AtMoS X
  22. Cool good luck on your phone call tomorrow AtMoS X
  23. Did you apply for 8% interest from your first letter? And is what they offered you the full amount of charges without interest? If they have offered you all charges without the interest then I would take it.. as I was under the impression we should not include 8% interest in the first 2 letters and only when going to court.
