  1. Mediation is nothing complicated. I had one- 4 days ago. First time in my life. You shall not proove anything in mediation- it s only speaking about - What sum you are ready to accept/ they are ready to offer. You can be stubborn and say- i want all. You can read about it in my post- Ebay/evri lost £145 item Evri letter of claim sent Court Claim issued. https://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/index.php?app=core&module=system&controller=redirect&url=https://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/topic/457994-ebayevri-lost-%C2%A3145-item-evri-letter-of-claim-sent-court-claim-issued/&key=4405c0ccbe5fd9dbf6e4de6aa0c8ad92244d7ec83a

  2. I'm sure the data protection officer knows what a SAR is, even in a company as patently dodgy as NCP. I think they deliberately fail to act for self-preservation reasons and hope the requester backs off. The fact I received what was effectively a pro forma letter pretending they hadn't got our request only reinforces this belief. Especially as nobody in the company even puts their name on a letter. (Interestingly, but not surprisingly) the BW Legal website is the only law firm's website I've ever seen that doesn't mention the name of a single employee! Every other normal law firm profiles the senior partners and often all the key f

  3. You cannot breach a term that is not on their signage. Yes you parked without permission but that is not what you are being charged with. Neither of their signs mention anything about the length of stay and customers of the cinema will require longer than 75 minutes. And on the PCN they claim you exceeded the maximum stay permitted. Yet there is no mention of a maximum stay on their signs. Dummies. ~

  4. Sorry I've been away. You won't receive a summons - they are not used for motoring offences now. Instead you will receive a "Single Justice Procedure Notice (SJPN)." The police have six months from the date of the offence to issue that and in many areas they take all of that time. When you receive your SJPN you will have 21 days to respond to it. You will be asked whether you plead guilty or not guilty (I assume you will plead guilty) and whether you want your case to be dealt with under the Single Justice Procedure (at a hearing which you cannot attend) or you want a hearing in the normal Magistrates' Court (which you can).

  5. MR processes can take many months to gain a response. Obtain advice from organisations such as Citizens Advice before you submit the MR request. If you fail to get advice, your MR is likely to end in failure, because the MR must set out clear evidence to support a change in award. You should report change to UC now, by clicking on report change of circumstance and completing section children and other people who live with me. You would receive Lower rate UC disabled children element, due to the middle rate DLA award. You could look into Carers Allowance, but if you were awarded this benefit, any amount you received, would be deduct

  6. No it doesn’t because it does not contain the prescribed terms. Does it tell you how the interest is calculated or how and when repayments are due? Or how the credit limit is decided. All necessary.
