Hi Yes they did brassnecked. I will try and get transcript if available. The Judge got straight into their rep. He told him quite a few detailed and technical points in defence, thanked me for index and detailed bundle. The judge said few points to deal with on signage first. (a) Is the signage clear and easy for an everyday driver to see and understand? Nearest sign 23 meters from car, luckily had picture measuring it in WS (b) Does the signage form a contract with driver? (c) Is the sign in close enough proximity to the car? Then he said no point going through other signage points. No to all2 points

I see their new online T&C's say no stepping on the cracks between the paving slabs in the High St or you are "it" and owe them 1/4lb of jelly babies as well as the £100.2 points

Frankly I am not sure just how much I want a GE just now- lets get a referendum, and yes I will abide quietly by the result even if i disagree. Once that is done have a GE. Of course on the flip side , if we have a referendum, just how much will the Brexit party split votes? As for Poland receiving a lot of money- frankly they need it , a huge country with relatively poor infrastructure. Lets just remember how much cash the UK got after Maggie ravaged everywhere apart from the SE1 point

Dear BF, our day of reckoning came and went this Monday, sorry for the lack of communication till now but it was clear you had done as much as you could, then it was down to me. Your help and advice set us on a perilous path that I can most certainly say, is not for the faint hearted. I now fully understand why people avoid taking the necessary steps to stop companies like Everest treating them as they do. Legal legislation, especially the terminology used and sheer length including all the different clauses are enough for anyone to think, ok I’m way out of my depth, I’ll give up. The same applies to1 point

What a magnificent document - you really have done your homework and put a huge amount of effort in! Let's see thicko Simple Simon deal with that. The experts will be on in the morning ... and I'm falling asleep after a couple of ales ... but two small things. In point 20, I know the experts don't like "it is admitted". It should be "a dark winter's night" (forgive the pedantry, I'm an English teacher!)1 point
